Location: Fareham (2 days a week in the office)

Salary: c£35k (Negotiable DOE)

Commission Scheme - 25%, 30% & 35% thresholds.

FIND are a recruitment business that services the Human Capital market. 12 months ago, we launched a Professional Services Practice. It has surpassed all expectations we had!

This division is recruiting talent in Finance, HR & People and Business Support - we're working from entry level through to senior hires.

Why do we do this job?

We're a mission and purpose led recruitment company. We are on a mission to improve

the perception of staffing businesses & put customer experience at the forefront. We're

doing a pretty good job so far (we think!)

We're looking to appoint a new FIND-er the squad and hire a Principal for our Professional Services division.

Our story:

We're fairly new (launched in October 21) but as a founding team, we have bucket loads of

experience running staffing businesses. We're now at 11 heads plus a Non-Exec Director

and will be at 14 heads by Jan 2025.

We work with 91 different employers and we place about 280 Perm candidates a year.

Anyway, that's enough numbers for now.

We're looking for someone to join our Professional Services Division. You'll be working closely with one of our senior colleagues who runs an Education Professional Services Practice - recruiting Finance, HR & Support talent for Education companies.

We are looking for someone to grow our non-education Practice and/or the local market offer.
