Description
- Supporting the HR department with administrative tasks
- Assisting with recruitment processes, including organising interviews and coordinating onboarding
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Handling HR-related inquiries or requests
- Coordinating training sessions and seminars
- Assisting in payroll preparation
- Ensuring compliance with regulations in the healthcare industry
Profile
- Experience in a similar HR Assistant role
- Familiarity with HR processes and employment law
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems
