Responsibilities

Due to planned growth we are currently recruiting for Document Controller to work alongside our team onsite at Molesworth .

This role involves coordinating with different departments within the organisation and ensuring that documents are kept in the right location within our Client relationship manager (CRM) software, Document management system (DMS) software and are accessible to all internal personnel. You will be an important part of the pre-construction team within which there is potential to develop your knowledge and skills. The job involves a lot of structure as you will have a number of set tasks to work through on a daily basis, however are not limited to the responsibilities below:

* Ensuring documents are in the right location and categorised according to type

* Working to deadlines

* Set up and maintain archive filing system

* Collate reports/registers on a fortnightly basis and distribute to the relevant recipient
