Our Blue Chip Client is a very well established London Based Fitout Specialist Main Contractor.

They are looking for an M&E Building Services Engineer (either Mechanical or Electrically biased). This role is sometimes referred to as a Building Services Engineer (BSM) or occasionally a Technical Services Manager (TSM) Role.

This position involves managing Building Services Installation from the main contractor perspective. We are looking for someone with good Building Services Engineering skills, who can apply them at a management level. Previous experience with a main contractor or fitout contractor is desirable but if you have comprehensive experience with an M&E Subcontractor specialising in fitout our client would also be interested.. There are excellent prospects with the position and you will be working on some particularly interesting premier projects.

This Client's core business concerns the fitout and refurbishment principally in the City and West End of London. They are concerned with a variety of building types, including commercial offices Cat A and Cat B fit out, high end retail, leisure and hospitality and specialist residential fitout (residences with a value £20 Million plus).

You will be controlling the M&E Installation on Fitout Projects, taking projects from inception to completion. Previous fast-track M&E Engineering and Management experience is essential.
