We are currently working with a leading M&E Contractor with a turnover of circa £450m who due to winning an influx of hyperscale data centre projects, are looking to engage with an experienced M&E Project Director to join their growing London team.

You will be tasked with delivering either a £200m M&E package on the largest data centre in the UK so far in Walthm Cross, or a £210m electrical package on a large scale data centre in Acton. You will provide a full delivery from preconstruction to completion and report directly to the company directors.

The company in question are major players in the data centre, life sciences and commercial markets in the UK, Europe and Ireland and have an order book spanning beyond 2030.
