A growing retailer are expanding their team and searching for a Customer Service Advisor.

Location: Writtle, Essex

Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

You will be working within a team providing high level of customer service to all customers

• Speaking with customers by phone, email and live chat
• Dealing with questions or queries that customers may have
• Processing orders
• Resolving any delivery issue with couriers
• Email management
• General admin duties
• Developing product knowledge

Previous experience working within Customer Service is essential, with a confident telephone manner
