Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum
We are seeking a skilled Personal Assistant to join our client's dynamic team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Success in this role requires experience in a similar position, demonstrating your capability to manage a fast-paced workload effectively. Your proactive approach and dedication to providing exceptional support will be key to excelling in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Diary and office management
- Coordinate meetings, including booking meeting rooms and venues, issuing agendas, minute taking, and ensuring catering and refreshment arrangements
- Attend board meetings, assisting with collating board packs and taking and distributing minutes, circulating any communication as necessary
- Arrange and coordinate travel, transport and accommodation arrangements
- Monitor the Managing Director's inbox, sorting, prioritising, and responding as/when needed
- Typing, copying, and distributing correspondence and reports
- Co-ordinate events and external hospitality
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, working under pressure and to deadlines
- IT savvy
Details:
Title: PA to MD
Salary: circa £40,000 DOE
Location: Dorking
Contract: 12 month fixed-term contract (starting immediately in Jan 2025)
Hours: Monday to Friday, fully office-based
