The contentious trusts team deals with a range of disputes acting for clients, including trustees and beneficiaries in relation to matters including alleged negligence, breach of trust rules and fraud. The team also deals with disputes involving wills and probate.

Ideally your skills and experience should include:

• Extensive background in trust, wills and probate disputes
• 6+ PQE
• Dealing with complex trust litigation
• Strong track record of marketing and business development

The role would suit a contentious trusts partner looking to join a growing team in London, or a senior associate looking to step up to a partner role.
