In this role, you'll begin by supporting students in mathematics as an LSA, TA, or Cover Supervisor, immersing yourself in the school environment and working alongside experienced teachers. This hands-on role is perfect for recent graduates in mathematics or related fields who are passionate about education and eager to make a difference.

This position is a stepping stone to a professional teaching career. After gaining experience and developing essential classroom skills, you'll have the exciting opportunity to progress to a SCITT (School-Centered Initial Teacher Training) program, where you can earn Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) while continuing to work within the school.
