Based in modern office space in Tamworth, this established company is recruiting two resilient and proactive Collections Executives to recover outstanding B2B debts.

Collections Executive Responsibilities:

* Contact business customers to recuperate outstanding debts

* Work with and listen to business customers to negotiate, arrange and agree repayment options and take payments over the phone

* Achieve desired outcomes by maintaining positive relationships with business customers and remaining professional

* Use strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify solutions and minimise outstanding debts

* Update and maintain customer accounts to reflect all activity and communication

* Deliver excellent customer service that enables you to meet and exceed agreed targets

Collections Executive Skills and Experience:

* Previous experience in an outbound customer service or collections role

* Customer-focused, capable of delivering excellent service

* Professional telephone manner, able to handle and overcome difficult conversations

* Strong communication skills, confident negotiating and influencing decisions

* Results-orientated enjoys working to targets and achieving team and individual goals

* Resilient, pro-active, with a positive attitude

* Enjoys working within a target-driven environment and reaping the rewards of your hard work and dedication
