What We Offer:

£28,000 - £30,000 starting salary, with first-year OTE of £35,000-£40,000

What You'll Be Doing:

Interview and register candidates for temporary and permanent education roles

Create polished CVs to showcase candidates to clients

Collaborate with our sales team to boost placements

Meet weekly goals-and get rewarded with commission as you go

Your Progression Path: After your first year, you'll step into a full Sales Consultant role with tailored training in:

Business development & negotiation

Safeguarding & compliance

Time management & client relationships
