Required Skills and Qualifications - ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent) with significant experience in audit
- Proven experience managing audits from planning through to completion
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of junior staff
- Excellent communication skills, confident in building and maintaining strong client relationships
- A thorough understanding of UK accounting and audit standards
- A proactive, organised, and client-focused approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
