Salary: £26,000 - £34,000 per annum plus bonuses

About the Role:

As a Residential Support Worker, you'll be part of a dedicated team committed to the well-being, happiness, and growth of our young residents. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Assisting with morning routines to ensure the children are prepared for the day.
Managing necessary paperwork efficiently to prioritise the childrens needs.
Creating enjoyable and fun experiences during evenings and weekends through activities such as playing Xbox, football, movie days, and go-karting.
Providing personalised support to help each child reach their full potential and foster a positive future.Package:

Annual Salary: £26,000 - £34,000
