Contentious Probate & Trusts Solicitor – Exeter

This well-established Exeter-based law firm is looking to hire a contentious probate & trusts solicitor, ideally with at least 3 years' post qualification experience.

The Role:

• Manage claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975
• Disputes over will validity, testator capacity, and estate administration
• Advise both charities and private wealth disputes
• liaise with other teams including mental capacity, tax & family

Your Experience:

• 3+ years PQE within contentious probate
• Ideally with STEP or ACTAPS qualifications, if not then support to gain this
• Proven experience with contested wills & inheritance claims
• Strong knowledge of inheritance, CGT and income tax in estate planning
