Area to be covered: National based Central

Remuneration: £45,000 - 50,000 + bonus tbc on experience

The role of the Business Development Manager - Roofing Systems will involve:

* Field sales position promoting a new manufactured range of roofing system

* All of your time will be spent selling to and generating specifications with national & regional housebuilders / developers and architects

* Already in bed with Taylor Wimpey

* Will be expecting to conduct CPD seminars

* Attend national tradeshows where required

* Working closely with Key Account Manager

The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager - Roofing Systems with:

* Must have experience selling to national and regional housebuilders & developers

* Ideally from the roofing sector or building envelope however would be open as long as you've sold to housebuilders

* May consider a merchants or contractor route to market if you have roofing experience

* Must have genuine business development and get up and go

* Genuine hunger, desire to achieve goals
