Role and Responsibilities As a Secretary/Personal Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

Administrative Support:
- Managing the daily schedules and appointments of senior accountants.
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Handling correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with a high level of professionalism.

Documentation and Filing:
- Managing the filing of tax returns and company statements.
- Ensuring timely and accurate submission of statutory returns.
- Organizing and maintaining both physical and electronic files to ensure compliance and easy retrieval.

Client and Office Management:
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Assisting with client onboarding processes, including company formations and registrations.
- Overseeing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and ensuring a tidy and efficient office environment.

Financial Administration:
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of invoices and expense reports.
- Supporting basic bookkeeping tasks as required.
Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess:

Experience:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience working within an accountancy firm is essential.
- Proven experience in managing the filing of tax returns, company statements, and company formations.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with accounting software and filing systems.
