We are working with a leading Magic Circle law firm who are seeking an experienced and dedicated Real Estate Finance Paralegal to join their market leading Real Estate Finance team. This role is integral to their practice, supporting associates and partners in delivering top-tier legal services to their high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the preparation and review of real estate finance documentation.
• Conducting due diligence, including title and corporate searches.
• Coordinating with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to facilitate transactions.
• Managing and organising large volumes of documents and data.
• Handling post-completion tasks, including registration and filing.
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks and project management.

Requirements:

• Ideally a minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal in a real estate finance department.
• Strong understanding of real estate finance transactions and related legal documentation.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in legal research and due diligence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A degree in law (LLB) or equivalent qualification is essential.
