Job Title: Theatre Nurse - Exeter, Devon

Location: Exeter, Devon

Pay Rates:

* Weekday: £27 per hour

* Nights & Saturdays: £32.85 per hour

* Sundays & Bank Holidays: £40.82 per hour

Contract Type: Full-time, shift-based

Role Overview: We are currently recruiting a dedicated Theatre Nurse to join the surgical team in Exeter. The successful candidate will play a vital role in preparing patients for surgery, assisting during procedures, and providing post-operative care.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the surgical team during operations.

* Prepare the operating theatre and necessary equipment.

* Monitor patient condition throughout the surgical process.

* Provide post-operative care and support.

* Adhere to strict infection control policies and health & safety guidelines.

Requirements:

* Active NMC registration.

* Prior experience working in operating theatres.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

* Flexible to work various shifts.

Desirable Skills:

* Specialization in Scrub, Recovery, or Anaesthetics nursing.

* Knowledge of surgical procedures and sterilization techniques.

* Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification.
