Job DescriptionJob Duties: - Managing the credit control function within the accounting department.
- Chasing outstanding debts from customers via phone, email, and letters.
- Resolving invoice discrepancies and disputes.
- Monitoring credit limits and releasing orders on hold.
- Producing regular reports on aged debt and credit control KPIs.
Required Qualifications: - Previous experience in credit control or a related role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
Education: Experience: - Minimum of 1 years of experience in credit control
Knowledge and Skills: - Understanding of credit control procedures and best practises.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions: - Hybrid (2 days from home, 3 in the office).
- 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday.
