This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Account Handler with commercial experience to make a meaningful impact in a Leeds-based team! You'll play a critical role in managing a growing client portfolio while ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and delivering exceptional client service.Account Handler:Key Responsibilities:

• Support Directors in managing and growing a varied client portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and industry best practices.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and provide quality advice.
• Handle client queries efficiently, support commercial renewals, and prepare for client meetings.
• Analyse risk management data and manage aged debt.
• Ensure policy documents are accurate and compliant.

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience as an Account Handler.
• Cert CII qualified and proficient in Acturis.
• Strong commercial insight and experience in supporting a growing client portfolio.
• Preferred qualifications: DIP CII or progress toward it, and 5+ years of commercial broking experience.
