My client is a leading specialist in structural steel projects, delivering large-scale, high-profile work across the UK. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager who is capable of working across the country on a variety of major steelwork schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage site operations from start to finish on structural steel projects

*

Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and logistics to ensure smooth and safe project delivery

*

Maintain high standards of health and safety compliance at all times

*

Work closely with project managers, engineers, and office teams to meet deadlines and specifications

*

Conduct site inductions, manage documentation, and ensure quality control

*

Resolve on-site issues and proactively manage daily site activities

*

Regular travel nationwide to various project sites as required

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager within the structural steel industry

*

Strong knowledge of steel erection and installation methods

*

Willingness and ability to travel and work nationwide

*

Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills

*

Full UK driving licence
