Resident Liaison Officer - Social Housing

* L&Q Contract - External Packages (Roofing)

* Salary up to £33k + package (car allowance + 8% pension)

* Driving licence is required!

Role:

We are currently looking for a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to work with a one of the UK's leading property services companies. You must be compassionate and have experience within a background in property services. You will be working on the L&Q Contract which consists of working on the L&Q Contract which involves Externals Packages on street properties.

Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary point of contact between residents and the construction/property services team.

* Communicate project details, timelines, and updates to residents, ensuring they are well-informed and comfortable.

* Address and resolve resident concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.

* Coordinate access to properties for inspections, repairs, and construction activities.

* Assist in organising and conducting resident meetings, forums, and events.

* Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, feedback, and resolutions.

* Support the project team in ensuring minimal disruption to residents during construction and maintenance activities.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or similar role in the construction/property services industry.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

* Familiarity with property maintenance, construction processes, and relevant regulations.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
