The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business, planning, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, managing financial reporting, and leading a high-performing finance team

What will you do as Financial Controller?

• Strategic Business Planning, develop & implement business plans, budgets & financial forecasts
• Provide financial insights to support organisational decision-making and growth objectives
• Execute the end-to-end financial operations & manage cash flow
• Complete payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulations
• Manage the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance
• Knowledge of accounting principles, corporate governance, and tax regulations

What do you need as Financial Controller?

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships
• Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding acquisition targets.
• Proficiency in Sage200, Sage50 payroll, CRM software
• Ability to identify new opportunities and drive initiatives forward
• Fully qualified accountant is essential, ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA
