This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team where you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality engineering solutions across the Midlands.

About The Role of Senior Engineer: As a Senior Engineer, you'll be responsible for overseeing and managing engineering aspects of a range of projects within the industrial fit-out and commercial sectors. You'll work closely with clients, project managers, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

You'll also need to be flexible, as this role requires occasional travel to various sites across the Midlands.

Senior Engineer Key Responsibilities:

Lead engineering teams on-site, ensuring effective project delivery.

Provide technical expertise and ensure compliance with engineering standards.

Oversee the planning, design, and execution phases of multiple projects.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress and delivery.

Conduct site visits, assessments, and provide reports.

Ensure health & safety regulations are strictly followed on-site.

The Ideal Senior Engineer Candidate:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in an engineering role, with significant exposure to industrial fit-out or commercial projects.

A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related discipline).

Strong project management skills and ability to lead a team.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Full UK driving license, with a willingness to travel across the Midlands.

Chartered Engineer (or working towards chartership) would be highly advantageous.
