Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Executive to join our partner's team. Inspired by brands like Amiri and Kiff and are focused on growing our presence in the fashion industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Retail Collaboration: Work closely with retailers and pop-up shops to maximize brand exposure and sales opportunities.
• Business Development: Identify new potential business partners, influencers, and advertising opportunities. Encourage broader thinking and take ownership of this side of the business.
• Marketing Operations: Manage marketing calendars, resize images, and schedule content across platforms.
• Email Marketing: Use Klaviyo to create and send weekly newsletters to our 40,000 subscribers, promoting product launches and engaging our audience.
• Website Management: Regularly update the website (every 2-3 weeks) with new styles, and ensure products are accurately represented and live on time.
• Photoshoots: Organize and manage photoshoots for new product lines.
• Event Management: Plan and execute events, including coffee morning collaborations and community-building activities.
• Outreach: Reach out to stylists, influencers, and athletes to build relationships and invite them to our studio.

Must-Haves:

• Reactive & Autonomous: Able to take on tasks immediately and work independently.
• Switched-On: Be proactive, with the ability to think on your feet and drive initiatives forward.
• Hard-Working: Willing to go the extra mile to ensure the success of the brand.

• Marketing Calendars: Experience managing and organizing marketing schedules.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in resizing images, scheduling content, and using Klaviyo for email marketing.
• Fashion Background: A solid understanding of the fashion industry is essential.
• Education: University degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within fashion.
