Receptionist/Concierge

Location: Hove

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Temporary

We now have exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/Concierge to join one of our major client's team within the FM sector based in the Hove area on a Temporary basis with the vie start ASAP.

Shifts :

Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm

Role Responsibility:

Point of Contact/Meet and greet for all visitors
Answer/transfer incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
Maintain a smart, professional reception area always
Complete daily periodic checks of all stationery hubs and tea points to ensure tidiness and stock levels are replenished
To assist and support the reception team when required to sign in visitors, issuing the health
Management/Set up of meeting rooms
Provide operational suppport to any internal events

The Ideal Candidate:

Corporate Reception experience (Desirable)
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Excellent IT skills
Excellent Attention to detail
