Overview:

The Fixed Term Corporate Administrator will join Company Matters, a part of MUFG Corporate Markets, a division of MUFG Pension & Market Services on a hybrid basis from our stunning new Lime Street office in London.  You will need to be within commuting distance to ensure you can spend time with the team in the office each week.  

The F/T Corporate Administrator will support the provision of a professional corporate administration service to clients based in the UK and internationally.  You will be joining our close-knit Entity Compliance and Governance Team, taking responsibility for supporting the delivery of statutory compliance services to clients and ensuring an outstanding service to all our clients in line with agreed service levels.

What you need:

As with any role, we want to find the right person and we want to make sure you know it's the right role for you too.  You'll really need:

•    Experience in a financial services or similar compliance role for a minimum of twelve months, including familiarity with the basic principles of UK company law

•    A high level of accuracy and attention to detail with a positive and resilient outlook

•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with both internal customers and external clients

•    The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balance and meet conflicting deadlines and have a proactive and flexible approach to your workload

•    Excellent Microsoft Office skills - Outlook, Word and Excel

•    Previous experience of using entity management software, i.e. Diligent, Kube or other

•    A friendly, hardworking team player, who can work in a collaborative manner

It would be nice to have:

•    Experience of a client or customer service role

Day to Day, your key responsibilities will be:

•    Provide corporate administration support to a portfolio of clients in the UK and internationally

•    Work closely with senior team members to maintain company registers and make filings with Companies House using entity management software

•    Build great working relationships with clients and develop an understanding of their requirements, ensuring their needs are responded to correctly and they are regularly informed of progress and costs

•    Work closely with other members of the team to identify developments and improvements for current systems and services

•    Ensure all work is recorded and tracked, enabling you to meet both internal and external deadlines, working with the team to identify out-of-scope work

•    Dealing with incoming post, filing, forwarding documents and preparing minutes as required, in addition to carrying out any ad-hoc duties as part of the team

•    Learn about statutory compliance, basic principles of UK company law, regulation and best practice
