About The Administrator Role:
Working in a busy office and assisting at other sites, you be carrying out a varied admin role. Duties will include

Providing admin support in the office and at site locations in the North West, possibly once a week
Managing the Document Management Systems for storing, controlling and distributing design information on company projects
Creating and maintaining electronic and paper document management, including photocopying, printing and scanning
Preparing documents such as letters, reports, presentations and spreadsheets
Acting as a member for project change teams alongside other administrators
Organising meetings including management of diaries, ordering refreshments and sending invitations
Handle queries from management, team and customers
Organising office space and housekeeping and resources
Dealing with telephone and email enquiries and covering reception where required
General admin
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

Experience of working as an administrator or possibly PA in a busy office environment
Experience of document management and data administration systems would be beneficial but is not essential
A background in an admin role supporting in project management, health and safety or possibly construction would be interesting
Excellent skills using Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience using Document Management Systems, Sharepoint and Powerpoint would be beneficial but not essential
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong time management skills with the ability to complete multiple tasks and projects on time, working to tight deadlines under pressure
Proactive and forward thinking
Positive and outgoing in manner
Due to the occasional need to travel to sites in the North West, a current driving licence and your own transport is essential
