* Quantity Surveyor (to take on two/three projects)
* Projects £1m to £5m in central London
* Cut & Carve, Demolition, structural alterations, strip out
* £70k to £80k base
* Start Jan 2025
You'll report directly to the commercial director, probably spending equal time out on site/head office.
Whilst you don't necessarily need demolition/enabling experience, you will need experience with projects in central London - largely due to the unique nature and complexity/challenges.
