Job Title: Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapist (Band 6) - Multiple Specialty (older adults/CAHMS/Community)

End Dates: 3 months Contract

Role Overview: We are seeking experienced Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapist to join our teams in Lancashire and Mid Cheshire. The roles involve providing specialist OT/PT assessments and interventions for older adults/CAHMS/Community and managing caseloads within community mental health teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver evidence-based OT/PT interventions.

* Manage caseloads and provide mental health key worker support.

* Travel within the community (If required).

Skills and Experience Required:

* Knowledge of older adults/CAHMS/Community mental health and occupational/physio performance.

* HCPC/Proffesional Body Registration

* Minimum 1-year post-registration experience in mental health.

* Ability to work autonomously and within an MDT.

* Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills.
