Accounts Assistant
Days - Mon/ Friday - 9:00am til 4:30pm, 2:00pm on Fridays
up to £32,000 (Dependant on experience)

We are looking for a motivated Accounts Assistant to join a market leading company in their respective field. Reporting directly to the Accounts Manager you will be a key member in ensuring all accounts and costings are kept in order. You will be involved in all aspects of accountancy within their operation. With progressive training and development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team of accountants. The position will appeal to a accountant looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.

Role Description

Experience with Xero accountancy software
Deal with bank reconciliations for previous day transactions
Maintain cash management spreadsheets
Set up bank payments for BACS/CHAPS
Assisting with credit control, nominal analysis, account queries and residual balances
