As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, your role will be instrumental in supporting teaching and learning across various subjects and year groups. Desired Qualifications and Skills for Level 2 TA: 

Level 2 qualification as a Teaching Assistant 

Experience working with children or young adults with additional needs 

DBS Check or willingness to undergo one 

Comfortable with assisting in personal care tasks 

Effective behavior management skills 

Resilience and a strong passion for education
