About the Role:
Our client, a leading IT solutions provider, is seeking a Cisco Alliance Manager to drive their strategic Cisco partnership. This role will focus on maximising profitability, certifications, and go-to-market initiatives. With a hybrid working model, this is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with internal teams and Cisco stakeholders to ensure joint success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between the client and Cisco.
- Manage Cisco certifications, accreditations, and incentive programs.
- Lead QBRs and business planning with Cisco stakeholders.
- Support sales teams in identifying and qualifying Cisco opportunities.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell across Cisco architectures.
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) campaigns.
- Maintain reporting on Cisco sales performance and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategy and resolve Cisco-related issues.
About You
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of Cisco products, services, and processes.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
- Passion for the Public Sector and business development.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
