Job Summary: Analyse business processes, products, and data to recommend efficiency improvements. Assess the impact of solutions on operations and manage business requirements for functional and non-functional specifications.
Primary Responsibilities: - Business Situation Analysis: Conduct investigations into business processes, engage with stakeholders, identify improvement areas, and define solutions.
- Feasibility Assessment: Evaluate business change options for feasibility and alignment with strategic goals, including creating business cases with cost-benefit analysis.
- Business Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to document business needs, analyse existing solutions, and work closely with development and testing teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
- Business Partnership: Work with internal and external partners to support process improvement and solution development.
- Knowledge Management: Promote knowledge-sharing processes and tools, ensuring best practices are followed and documented.
