We're looking for a Housing Income Team Leader to drive a person-centred approach to rent collection and arrears prevention. You'll lead a team managing Camden's housing income, ensuring early intervention, debt prevention, and, when necessary, legal action.

Your role:

Support a team in maximising income collection and reducing arrears.
Handle customer enquiries, identify early intervention opportunities, and improve services.
Make key financial decisions on repayments, enforcement, and debt management.
Balance priorities, meet deadlines, and attend court when required.About you:
