Caddy Group is looking for a Mobile HVAC Engineer to join one of our clients on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

We are looking for a HVAC Engineer who will be responsible for the technical performance and maintaining Woodford Group's and industry standards. Providing guidance to others on site and technical expertise in plumbing systems and building fabric components.

What will you deliver?

* Carrying out repairs and preventative maintenance to all building services, heating and Ventilation, hot & cold-water mechanical systems

* Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures

* Maintain accurate records of all preventative maintenance and repair work carried out and report any substandard or defective equipment

* Perform scheduled maintenance service on building services systems and boiler systems and fixtures

* Ensure all installations, repairs and maintenance meet the requirements of the appropriate codes & environmental standards

* Escort specialist contractors and work beside them as required

* Servicing and Installation of different types of AC systems (i.e. Cassettes, Wall Mounts, Ducted systems, AHU & VRV's, etc).

* Diagnosing faults and carrying out recommended repairs

* Strong Knowledge of Mitsubishi Electric and Daikin essential.

* Maybe carrying out a variation of task throughout the day in different areas.

* Cleanliness and organising of work vehicle provided.

* Communication is key with our office team on a daily basis as and when required.

* Call Out Service - requirement to join our Rota for reactive works.

* Services across London and surrounding counties.

Who are we looking for?

* Must have served a recognized apprenticeship and obtained Level 3 City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Engineering

* Gas Safe Registration

* Completed ACOP L8 in Legionella awareness

* City & Guilds Refrigeration and Air Conditioning technician certificate level 2

* F-Gas Certification

* Clean Full Driving License

* Ability to perform tasks alone or in a team to a high standard without constant supervision

* Computer Literate in Microsoft office including Excel, Word

* Experience of working within Facilities Management

* Clean Driving licence and able to drive company vehicles

* Experience dealing with customers and suppliers
