Nursery Practitioner – Level 3

Salary: Up to £28,500

40 hours per week 

We are looking for a passionate Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) to join our client’s team and contribute to the growth and development of young children in a nurturing and inclusive environment. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere for children to learn and thrive in a purpose-built nursery, rated Outstanding by Ofsted.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above
• Previous experience in a nursery or early childhood setting
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
• Understanding and appreciation of diversity, equality, and inclusion in early childhood education

Day-to-Day

• Providing high-quality care and education for young children, prioritizing their safety and well-being
• Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development
• Establishing positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Maintaining a clean and organized environment that meets health and safety standards
• Supporting children with personal care routines and mealtimes
• Collaborating with colleagues to assess and monitor children’s progress and communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
• Contributing to the creation of a diverse and inclusive learning environment that celebrates individuality and promotes equality
