Key duties include but are not exclusive to;

• Obtaining relevant authorisation of all overhead invoices.
• coding and processing of overhead invoices for companies in the Group.
• Daily supplier payments to include creation of payments on the online banking system and the creation of remittances for the payment for all companies.
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Creation of mid and month end BACS runs
• Invoice Financing and bank reconciliations
• Obtaining and matching receipts for company credit cards combined with the posting of charges to the relevant nominal codes.

Previous experience of working in an accounts payable team would be advantageous, as would knowledge of Sage/ X3.working hours
