KS1 Teacher

Location: Dunkinfield, Tameside, Greater Manchester

Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours

Salary: £145 - £180 Per day

Job Duties:

Teaching a Key Stage 1 (KS1) class, primarily focusing on children aged 5-7 years old
Developing and delivering engaging lesson plans in line with the national curriculum
Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
Collaborating with colleagues and parents to support student learning and development

Qualifications and experience:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience teaching in Key Stage 1
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum for Key Stage 1

Knowledge and Skills:

Excellent classroom management skills
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
Strong organisational and time management skills
Passionate about delivering high quality support
