An established client of ours in the Technology sector are looking for a IT Technician to join their internal IT department, on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will Work as part of a team to provides You'll be part of the Tech Ops team, working with Modern technology and contributing to projects within the company .

Roles & Responsibilities:

Support the deployment and maintenance of digital systems.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including, researchers, and tech experts.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to customers.
Good communication skills
Participate in training sessions and workshops, helping to disseminate best practices.
Providing customer support, via our helpdesk.
