With B2C projected to play an increasingly significant role in the company's future, they are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to drive sales and elevate their digital presence.

* £40,000 - £50,000

* 37.5 hours Monday to Friday - flexibility with working hours available

Duties and responsibilities:

* Develop, implement, and optimise sales strategies for online marketplaces like Amazon and eBay, ensuring maximum revenue generation

* Manage and optimise the company's Shopify store to enhance user experience, streamline operations, and improve sales

* Strategise, manage, and refine paid advertising campaigns, ensuring a healthy ROAS

* Create and execute strategies to grow online sales while managing associated costs to maintain profitability

* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyse trends, and provide actionable insights to improve sales performance across all digital platforms

Skills and experience required:

* Proven experience in a similar role focused on Amazon and Shopify ecommerce strategy, including demonstrated success in growing online sales and optimising platforms

* A deep understanding of return on ad spend (ROAS) and the ability to manage and maximise advertising budgets

* Hands-on experience in creating and managing Meta or Google Ad campaigns

* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance costs and profitability while generating consistent online sales growth

* A proactive, data-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills

* Knowledge of eBay optimisation is an advantage

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
