Avenue recruitment are currently looking for a Property Negotiator to join a well-established client based in Kinross. Our client is looking for a professional, enthusiastic candidate to join a friendly, efficient team.
The Role

Dealing with enquires via email
Meeting & greeting customers
Sales progression
Chasing sales leads
Conducting competitor analysis
Providing excellent customer service at all times
Home demonstrations where applicable
Keeping customers up to date with the progress of their completion date
Requirements:

Previous sales negotiator experience
Experienced at developing strong customer relationships
Strong administration and coordination skills
IT literate
Excellent written and verbal communication
High level of attention to detail
Pro-active 'can do' approach
Good team worker and player
Excellent time management, organisational and prioritisation skills
Professional and presentable
Reliable, flexible and friendly
Own car with full clean license
