New opportunity as Pastry Chef has become available with the luxury hotel group based in Cape Town - We're targeting hospitality professionals from the hotel industry servicing multiple outlets.
As Pastry Chef reporting to thew Exec Chef - you'll be responsible for leading & training your team in a positive working environment while creating a memorable dining experiences for clientele, assist in running a profitable kitchen, keeping to brand standards & HACCP strong.
Successful Candidates:
- You must be eligible to work in South Africa
- Strong working knowledge of international cuisines, ingredients & products.
- 5 years of experience in a luxury hotel environment
- Accreditation from a recognized Culinary School
- Food Hygiene and Safety trained.
- Comfortable in both pastry & bakery departments
Salary Package: Up to R30 000 DOE + benefits
