My client are a small sizes FM contractor who are actively recruiting for a multi-trade handyperson to join their fleet of mobile maintenance technicians.

£33,000 per annum basic salaryDuties

Painting & decorating
Patch repairs
Minor electrical work - replacing lamps, changing sockets, visual inspections
Carpentry - fixing furniture, window ledges, skirting
Basic plumbing - drainage, flushing, changing taps
Replacing handles/locks/doors
Carrying out PPMs
Cleaning/changing filtersRequirements

Building services / hospitality maintenance experience (1 year min.)
Full UK Drivers License (no more than 6 points)
