Job Title: Primary Supply Teacher
Location: Worthing and surrounding areas
Salary: £120-£130 per day
Start Date: Immediate

We are looking for dynamic and reliable Supply Teachers to join our pool of educators for various schools in the Worthing & surrounding area. This role offers flexibility and variety, perfect for teachers who enjoy working in different educational settings or seeking part-time opportunities.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced teachers or newly qualified teachers (NQTs/ECTs) who are looking for flexibility in their career and enjoy working across different year groups.

Responsibilities:

* Deliver high-quality lessons across EYFS/KS1/KS2, ensuring a smooth continuation of learning.

* Follow the school's lesson plans or adapt quickly to teach on short notice.

* Maintain classroom control and establish a productive learning environment.

* Manage behaviour effectively in line with the school's policies.

* Provide feedback to the regular class teacher on pupil progress and any concerns.

* Ensure safeguarding policies are followed.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.

* Experience teaching in a primary setting

* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students.

* Flexibility, adaptability, and strong organizational skills.

* Confidence working in different schools and subject areas.

* Excellent communication skills.
