Connect2SocialWork are looking for a Service Manager (RGN) for a Specialist Brain Injury Neurological Care and Rehabilitation Service in Nottingham. You will lead and inspire a valued team whilst ensuring the care and treatment delivered by the Service is high quality, safe and patient centred.

Skills Required:

Right to work in the UK
Current NMC Pin Registration (RGN)
QCF/NVQ Level 5 Health and Social Care Management or equivalent (essential)
Experience:

Previous experience leading and inspiring a senior team and management of varying disciplines
Demonstrable experience of coaching and developing colleagues
Strong understanding of safeguarding, regulatory landscape, and legislation framework

Salary and Working Hours:

Up to £69,800 p.a.
