Service Care Solutions are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our acute service team on an Agency basis. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our patients during their most vulnerable times. Your work will be instrumental in helping individuals stabilise and recover in the least restrictive setting possible.Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering person-centered care and support to male patients experiencing acute mental health crises.
• Assisting with daily living activities, ensuring patients' comfort and safety.
• Implementing individualised care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Supporting patients in managing their mental health and promoting their independence.
• Engaging patients in therapeutic activities and encouraging positive social interactions.
• Monitoring patients' progress and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
• Maintaining a safe, secure, and supportive environment within the unit.

Requirements:

• Recent experience in a mental health support role is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• A commitment to promoting the rights, choices, and dignity of patients.
