Position: Mobile Mechanical/Plumbing Engineer
Location: London (75% of the time) & South East
Salary: Up to £44,000 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40-hour week

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Mobile Mechanical/Plumbing Engineer to join our growing team. This role will cover London (75% of the time) and the South East, providing high-quality service within commercial office environments. You will be responsible for PPM's (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance duties.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform PPM and reactive maintenance tasks for mechanical and plumbing systems across commercial office spaces.

* Diagnose and repair plumbing and mechanical faults.

* Ensure all work is completed in compliance with health and safety regulations.

* Maintain clear and accurate records of all works carried out.

* Provide a high standard of customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in mechanical or plumbing engineering within a commercial setting.

* Good understanding of PPM and reactive maintenance.

* Full UK driving license.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

* Previous experience in office environments is an advantage
