Essential Requirements:

• Maintenance and repair experience -including electrical repair experience
• 17th edition certificate
• Full UK Driving licence
• Greater Manchester areas

Purpose of role:

Mobile role working in the Greater Manchester areas - carrying out maintenance and repair work - straightforward electrical repair, basic plumbing, basic joinery, changing locks and handles etc

£36,800 per annum + company van, fuel card, work wear, tools, materials and equipment.

Fantastic job opportunity for an experienced maintenance person with 17th Edition, electrical repair knowledge, general maintenance experience, full UK driving licence living in areas such as Manchester, Greater Manchester, Oldham, Salford, Stockport, Bolton and the surrounding Manchester areas.
