The Role

- Take projects from concept to completion - planning, designing, reviewing, and delivering.

- Get hands-on with mechanical and structural design - calculations, FEA, drafting, and problem-solving.

- Collaborate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to bring designs to life.

- Lead design reviews, challenge ideas, and make things better.

What You'll Need

- Engineering background - HND or degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering.

- 3+ years offshore industry experience - Whether it's topside, subsea, lifting equipment, or process systems, they want someone who gets it.

- CAD & analysis skills - SolidWorks, Ansys, MathCad, SACS… the more, the better.

- Problem-solving mindset - If something's not working, you'll figure out why.

- The drive to push things forward - They want an engineer who takes responsibility and makes things happen.
